Close Your Eye or Eyes

Holy crap! What a way to start my five days off.

Miss ABBA still has a swollen, puffed up back leg, but having no trouble walking. She’s on an anti-inflammatory steroid Rimadyl and will go to the vet tomorrow for him to take a look.

Then, while we’re on a walk, out of the blue, my left eye started watering. I didn’t think anything about it thinking that the wind blew something in my eye. By the time we got back home, my eye had sealed shut.

Thanks Terry Swails!!. All last week at weather computer training, Cassie had a cold and on Thursday, Terry went home with “pink eye”. Guess who has it now???

What a way to enjoy a 50°+ day with sunshine!

Wow, that looks bad Anthony! Think YOU need some antibiotic eye drops to get rid of it. Hoping you can STILL enjoy your time off & that no cold develops! Take care and hope ABBA’s foot gets better, too!

It’s…ALIVE! Hope it clears up soon. And glad Miss A isn’t hurting, now I’ll hope her swelling goes down. Enjoy your vacation!

Ooooooh!!!!! Get better, Anthony! I hate any kind of infection having to do with the eyes! 😦

Anthony, that looks horrid. There’s been an outbreak of the pink eyed monsters lately… a nurse at work had succumbed to it as well. As for ABBA, keep an eye on her… Rimadyl is nasty stuff. Can cause liver failure and bloody stools. Take care!

    • Erika,

Miss ABBA only takes Rimadyl on rare occasions when she has a bout with soft tissue damage. I don’t think it’s helping this time. We go to the vet tomorrow. Peeps
